on Sept 2020 Winston Biscuit ***Jorge Mendes bank account klaxon***

Wolves reportedly about to sign Fabio Silva, Porto centre forward who had just turned 18 and has made 11 league appearances scoring 1 goal, for €40M plus add ons

4 goals later and he is on his way to Anderlecht

Mendes needs investigating for these kind of things imo

Only a loan, but yes, does seem a bit fishy.

Placeholder for CR7 as he has been left off the tour that Man United are going on

Also just found out that they have a player spectacularly named Hannibal

Roma reportedly chasing Zaha. Also after Dybala

Them 2 along with Abraham knocking them in could be quite something

Reminds me of when Reading/Bourenmouth4Eva started a rumour thread about himself using his real name.

Khoulibaly joining Chelsea for €40M

Has been linked with a move to the PL for years and years, and has been talked up for ages as one of the CB's in the world. Not sure how close he is to that these days though

The De Jong transfer is quite a saga, but I expect Barca to fold to his demands and the deal to go ahead. The deferred bonus he's due must be a fraction of the transfer fee which is guaranteed €60m plus €10 add ons. Add in getting his wages off the books, and Barca really have no choice but to reach an agreement. De Jong and his agent playing them well.

Djed Spence to Tottenham - one for the future I think

If they crack on then in a couple of years Sessegnon / Spence will be a good wing back pairing

David Carmo - Braga to Porto for €20M. Highest ever value transfer between portuguese clubs

Apparently very highly rated and thought of as a potential future Portugal captain

Listened to a thing earlier that said Porto have decided to move away from the south America model that has served them well for years and want a more Portuguese identity

Bernardo Silva to Barcelona for around 80m euros

So they're just fully ignoring their financial issues, right?

they have had a big cash boost by selling off future tv and merchandise revenue. Its quite insane, but they have done it and so have money to throw around again.

in a few years time when this new cash has run out, they still have crazy debts and now they have a much reduced income I reckon they might be in a bit of trouble

they sold 25% of the next 25 years of La Liga TV money. That 25% at today's contracted rate is worth €400M. they have sold it for €207M

Yes but they aren't allowed to register either him or Raphina at the moment. They need to get rid of De Jong to have room in their wage bill and have him write off what he is owed. He has them over a barrel at the mo.

Calvin Bassey to Ajax. Would've liked to see him in the Prem.
