the Radio 5 commentator was awful, sorry. Sounded far too much like ( or worse, intentionally tried to sound like) Jonathan Pierce. So I followed on the radio, with the sound off.

Something tells me that Russo is going to have a very long highlight reel by the end of her career. Her strength and tenacity makes me think of a young Rooney.

'How do I tell my kids England scored two seconds later?' etc

6ft Kerplunk It's like the Sweden coach watched how Spain nullified them for the majority of the last game and thought nah, we'll double bluff them and do the opposite.

Sweden did pretty much outplay us in the 1st half - as the pundits said though, they aren’t very good at putting the ball in the net.

2nd half though we were first to everything, harried them all over the pitch and put together some great moves.

We've started every game slowly; even the group processions. Maybe we'll get punished in the final, but once we get going we look unstoppable and we have so much firepower on the bench to turn the game if we need. I can definitely see us winning on Sunday, but the slow starts are the biggest concern.

Temptation is to change the starting line up but probably best not to change a winning formula.

Anyway, in Sarina we trust!

The RB Gwinn is also lovely.

Was an ok half of football. Some lovely curving crosses that I'd love to see Reading actually pull off occassionally

Barely seen Kirby touch the ball.

Womens football>>>>>mens football

(For England anyway). Can't stand watching England men's tbh.

Such a shame there are still dickheads online and comments saying how this is shit/boring/rubbish etc

Been some good games in the Euros. This hasn't been one of them sadly, England goal aside.

England have fallen apart. When they're not dwelling on the ball they're passing it straight back to the Germans or just punting it into nomansland.

And then we immediately start controlling the game again.
