No issue with Mitrovic getting a red and he should get a hefty suspension of something like 10 games.
What I don't understand about the Willian red is that IMHO he made an attempt to chest the ball but it hit his arm and ,as I understood it this season, the penalty itself has been deemed to be enough punishment in such circumstances and usually not even a yellow card is issued.

Presumably it may come under the denial of a goalscoring opportunity but , taking Adam Smith as an example in the game v Liverpool the ball was heading into the net, Liverpool got a penalty and I am not sure if Smith was even booked.

Fulham will be annoyed with themselves for not getting through to the semi-final as , up until then, they were not only leading but were far and away the better side.
