...or even took the time and trouble to take their headphones out.

And yet Jack Grealish gets a lot of stick generally, but in a similar circumstance was fantastic with the young supporter

Yeah, exactly what my son said when I told him about the Arsenal vid.

I bet the next opportunity the Arsenal players get they’ll run over and hand their shirt to a disabled supporter at the end of a game, knowing that the watching millions across the globe will lap it up, whereas this shows quite clearly that they don’t really give a toss about the fans.

I dunno, maybe I’m getting too cynical in my old age.

due to CL semi's City are now scheduled to play on May 3rd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th & 20th :?

I am assuming their PL schedule will need to be rearranged now

Why, would their overpriced, miniscule squad be unable to cope then?

Never seen a top flight title challenge implode like this before. Remember Arsenal losing a 2 goal lead at Bolton and that costing them title.
They had plenty of points in the bank though this time.

You weren't alive when Newcastle blew it in the mid 90's? Or when United blew it with something like a 12 point lead leading to Arsenal winning it?

Ah Forgot that that one....were they as far ahead though? I seem to remember them drawing and losing at Liverpool....but Arsenal have just been horrific apart from 45 minutes at Liverpool.

Pressure is a great leveller. Youngsters in the Arsenal haven't been in this place before where at City have a squad full of winners. This was always going to happen imo.

Was convinced they were going to win it there

The stadium just went dead silent at the final whistle

Jesus was so wasteful all game. Did a lot of flopping on the ground too when he could have tried to score.

I want City to win it, but will be disappointed if Arsenal don't take it to the final game.

Yeah, he’s a damn good player, very clever, but he is NOT a top striker.

Arsenal are going to need to go big to get their version of Haaland.

Could they get Osimhen? Offer enough and I suppose it’s a possibility.

Or a 1 year deal for Lewandowski?

Watkins or Toney more likely targets in reality I guess.

So a city win next week virtually clinches the title, 2 points behind with 2 games in hand, will be a hammer blow for Arsenal, been pace setters all season only to stutter at the final hurdle. these needless dropped 6 points over the last few weeks will very probably be the deciding factor.

I keep hearing about Arsenal "youngsters" but who are we talking about here from last night's game?
Saka and Martinelli?

These two 21 year olds, their youngest, are hardly inexperienced kids:

Saka-130 games for Arsenal first team , 26 England caps and has played for England in both the Euros and World Cup
Martinelli-90 games for Arsenal first team, 6 Brazil caps and played for Brazil in the latest World Cup

Overall they have a very athletic youngish squad that have done really well this season but may well fall short in a season that might represent their best chance in a long time.
There is nothing to say that they will progress next season when we can expect Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Newcastle to be stronger and Man City will still be there.

Their fans should probably look back on a very enjoyable League season (not so good in Cups and Europe) regardless of whether they end up winning or coming second.

And Arsenal still have Chelsea (I know), Brighton and Newcastle in what appears to be a harder run in
It may even work out that a win at the Etihad might not be enough, although shirley that would give them a new impetus

I don’t see City playing for a draw, but currently it’s enough
