Ah Forgot that that one....were they as far ahead though? I seem to remember them drawing and losing at Liverpool....but Arsenal have just been horrific apart from 45 minutes at Liverpool.
Pressure is a great leveller. Youngsters in the Arsenal haven't been in this place before where at City have a squad full of winners. This was always going to happen imo.
I keep hearing about Arsenal "youngsters" but who are we talking about here from last night's game?
Saka and Martinelli?
These two 21 year olds, their youngest, are hardly inexperienced kids:
Saka-130 games for Arsenal first team , 26 England caps and has played for England in both the Euros and World Cup
Martinelli-90 games for Arsenal first team, 6 Brazil caps and played for Brazil in the latest World Cup
Overall they have a very athletic youngish squad that have done really well this season but may well fall short in a season that might represent their best chance in a long time.
There is nothing to say that they will progress next season when we can expect Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Newcastle to be stronger and Man City will still be there.
Their fans should probably look back on a very enjoyable League season (not so good in Cups and Europe) regardless of whether they end up winning or coming second.

They are inexperienced when it comes to winning and dealing with the pressures that come with it. Majority of the Arsenal squad are.

Presumably you meant City?![]()
Mind you, City players haven't actually won any European Cups, Euros or World Cups have they?
That is a question rather than a point because I can't immediately think of any.
