I will be on holiday in St Jean de Luz in August, just across the border. Will defo pop over.

I haven't tried it myself, but I appreciate your question, as I have heard from several reliable sources that the actual taste of said water is somewhat different to what one might expect, taking into account local minerals, hardness, acidity and other factors.

I have drunk the water in Majorca, but it was many years ago so can’t remember the flavour
