He can’t really lose we are a basket case he will earn plenty of money as manager so if he does well good for him if he doesn’t, no loss for him, plenty of cash as we drift and he will get sacked with a payout and it doesn’t really hinder his future as he doesn’t have a history as a good manager

I would take anything on Twitter with a pinch of salt. In the last 3 weeks alone I’ve read that Mike Ashley was seen at the stadium, tax bill paid 23 June and confirmation that Walcott had signed.

It’s all bollox and even well known journalists like Nixon are getting it completely wrong. It was only a few weeks ago that he said we’d plenty of money to spend. The club are staying silent for whatever reason and twitter is just full of people making up stories and taking a stab at something that might or might not become true.
