Elm Park Kid Not exactly a hot take - but it's clear that the upheaval has left the team lacking purpose. What's the point of winning games if the club itself is at risk?

Yep. A successful takeover would have a big on pitch impact

Not buying that. One of the advantages of having such a youthful squad is that they have a lot to prove regardless of league position. I just think Selles has panicked after Blackpool and picked a side that imo makes no sense.

We'll inevitably give away a silly goal and lose this 0:1 ...

Yeah agree with that - Tom Mc and Dean at CB is OK, but Bindon as RB? Very weird choice. Looks incredibly uncomfortable in that position.

How??? If Selles is still making bonkers decisions and isolating experience does that help us on the pitch? He must be reading Graham Taylors book of coaching. He is clearly on the "Hoof it down the channels" and the "get to the halfway line, then back the keeper to hoof long" chapters.

Burton look so slow at the back yet we look utterly devoid of tactics or ideas.

He uses a formation that is overly reliant on fullbacks, then plays 2 teenagers there, one of whom is a centreback.

Elliott on the right with an overlapping full back would cause a boat load of problems. Bindon understandably is a bit cautious but its not like Carson is bombing forward on the other side. This system can only really work with the full backs offering width further forward.

I like Bindon. Good CB. Never seen a player look less comfortable at right back.

There's no cohesion. Lots of getting in each others way, under hitting passes, miss control...

Acrobatic from Azeez, impressive.

Need more in midfield, could use someone running at players and beating them.

Should be a second yellow for their RB. And a first for their keeper.

For timewasting. So oxf*rd obvious.

Think I’ll put this one down to the odd team selection
