Clearly Selles and his coaches need help, off the field problems not helping . Can not afford to sack him, so Bowen needs to take the lead his has enough experience. I would rather Bowen/ Hunt but contractural issues will not allow this . Selles brave to front upto the fans more than Ince did .Clear a new owner would bring in a new manager .

Believe Eddie is in charge of player devlopment i.e. overseeing plans for all players (particularly loanees and youngsters) to aid their development while at the club.
