Looks to be on general sale, with no selling criteria.
On sale Monday 5th February at 10am
Anyway, in!
I think we'd have plenty of additional tickets should we sell that allocation - the Football Ground Guide suggests 2,000 in the stand along the side of the pitch, with an additional 1,700 behind the goal; Bolton took 3,000 up there. The ground holds just shy of 18,000 and their highest attendance this season was that Bolton game (~11,500).Whore Jackie wrote:Looks to be on general sale, with no selling criteria.![]()

You just beat me to it. Looks very likely Block 2 will open up tomorrow.Elm Park Kid wrote:Looking like 700 odd sold today. About 50-60 seats left of our original allocation.
I counted 497 available in that block. Since they've gone on sale we appear to have sold an additional 181 tickets - so 969 total. Would be incredible to get over 1,000 up there.Whore Jackie wrote:Block 2 now on sale. Looks to be about 500 available in that section.
What about flying, Would that be cheaper than the train fare? But of course you would have to factor in the transport to the airport or the car parking there.tmesis wrote:I've been there once, for a random game, as a mate was driving up to watch Carlisle City play*.
It's an odd ground, but the strangest thing to me was that the home end wasn't very popular. Fans seemed to prefer the uncovered side terrace.
I liked it, but I can't imagine the view is great from the end block in the away section.
I really fancy going, but don't fancy the drive, the train price is horrific, and I don't want to go on the coach.
* the game he went to ended with the mad scoreline of 11-2
Also would a long distance coach (National Express etc. be any use?The Royal Forester wrote:What about flying, Would that be cheaper than the train fare? It's far but definitely worth doing for the cheap beer alone.tmesis wrote:I've been there once, for a random game, as a mate was driving up to watch Carlisle City play*.
