A 0-0 away from home is a 0-0.

Good to get out of there with a clean sheet and draw.

Royal_jimmy A 0-0 away from home is a 0-0.

Hadn't thought of it like that.

Positives: 4 points from 2 games against teams around us without a goal conceded.

Negative: 1 goal scored in 2 games, which was a gift of a penalty won through a senseless handball.

At both ends, I can't think of many missed chances skewing those stats.

Great that we're becoming harder to beat, but hopefully we're not going to lose our goal threat entirely without Smith.

Played all the top half away now. Last 7-8 away matches are against mid to lower table teams

Yep and also sides 4-9th played twice, with 10 of last 17 games at home.

That's worrying to me as we have a long history over many years of fairly frequently failing to perform to our full potential against teams down the bottom half of the table.

Whilst it would have been lovely to have pulled off an away smash and grab of three points, I'm more than happy with picking up one point today, I half expected a tonking prior to the game.

Yeah, and have the squad set now with no more departures

We’ve a chance haven’t we?

We have a chance, but I think we'll likely miss out. I imagine we'll still be in the picture with seven or eight games to go.

A hard fought away point of which neither team really deserved to win yet either could have snatched a 1-0 and three points. Huddersfield really don't look like a play off team on that showing and neither did we.
That's 45 points now and two wins from safety :D with cash in the bank from player sales the only points deduction we can get now is from administration!! or fan protests i guess.
We are averaging 1.5 points a game with 17 to play, so if we were to keep that going then around 69-71 points in the bag. Over the past two seasons the 6th placed team got 76 and 77 points so we're going to need to up our game slightly to hit the play-offs.

I don't think that's really true recently.

9 pts in four games vs Cambridge
4 pts in four games vs Burton
4 pts in two games vs Cheltenham
3 pts in two games vs Port Vale
4 pts in two games vs Fleetwood
6 pts in two games vs Carlisle
6 pts in two games vs Shrewsbury
0 pts in one game vs Crawley

36 points from 57

Cba to go further into bottom half teams.
