Yep, really odd character.

I know HNA? is sneered at somewhat, probably about 20 years out of date and well down on members compared to older days. But maybe it's a good thing that all the angriest idiots have migrated to Twitter.

I think so. People can typically have a conversation on here and respectfully disagree, whereas it's the reverse on Twitter.

No they can't you thick oxf*rd

Reading Twitter now targeting an account with 50 followers, that hasn't posted since March. That should push the deal over the line.

paultheroyal I see our other local twitter idiot has calmed down somewhat and alluded to it in a recent tweet. Will see how long that will last.

Who's that? I left Twitter a month or so ago and don't follow the hashtag anymore (only occasionally browsing as a non-user).

LordCKS or whatever his name is.

What happened to LordCKS? I've not seen his posts popup for a while. I blocked him on my main account but have a secondary where I would often see some hateful, bitter, sneering post about something.

That's exactly what I suspected actually. I had been aware of them and similar username, plus the very similar vitriolic posts.

I was just off Twitter for a while and wasn't 100% sure - thanks!

Glad I moved to BlueSky!

A massive right wing bellend on Twitter? Never.

Also came off it. Occasionally have a look as irritatingly people like Earnshaw still post there - and it’s even more horrific than ever before

Blue sky, like Meta just has, will go the same way.

X is still very useful for up to date news, anyone who has posted anything new on here has usually got it from there.

If someone annoys you that much just mute them, easy enough.

That’d be about 99% of posters on there!

It’s had its uses but I find it totally unusable nowadays - but yes occasionally check the odd poster - basically James Earnshaw and that’s it

Had to dig this up again , but I have to ask, does Chris Scott have a mental health problem? he`s blocked me but I can still see his tweets, it`s just constant and never ending negative moaning, I thought it would change after the takeover but no he`s going off on one at them now too.

He`s been a fan since 93 so he`s not exactly a kid, just intrigued that`s all how anybody can be that miserable.

I genuinely don't think I've ever seen him express a positive emotion.

He only says what most of us are thinking privately, difference is we are not tweeting about it hourly.

The danger is (and you would hope the new owners are wise enough to it) that the views of the keyboard warrior kids on Twatter come across as the views of the wider fanbase - which they are clearly not.

Maybe because it is school summer holidays they are being more vocal than normal... but it is painful stuff.

I take it his moaning is because the club isn’t seen to be splaffing millions on cr@p as per the previous owner?

There are 3 or 4 complete bell-ends on Twitter, he being one, it seems there are more but they obviously generate the most comments and re-posts.

Wingy's partner Yasmin has even had a go at them yesterday.

Do you think 10 days out from the start of the season our summer transfer business has been good? We are still ridiculously short in attacking areas with the uncertainty on Kelvin's contract situation just weird. Pre season is about building fitness and cohesion and we are only costing ourselves.

We all knew Couhig wasn't going to spend transfer fees which is fine, but aside from the Lincoln CB we haven't been able to land any real sought after free agent targets which I think we can reasonably aggrieved about.

It's been fine. Work in progress.

It’s been ok - let’s see what happens with Bowler and Kelvin

We’ve about 8 forwards. I’d have no issue with Osho starting the first game. We’ve seen that the academy lads are perfectly able to cope if they are good enough. Camara, Kelvin, Garcia have reasonable experience already and o’Mahoney should do well
