Having managed to grab an injury time equaliser against Burnley, Spurs are now just 3 points above 17th place and their next 4 PL games are against Man City, Man Utd, Newcastle & Arsenal

The twatty Spurs fans have never liked him because he doesn't play "Spurs Football" or some such bollocks. They really are the most deluded and entitled set of fans - they make West Ham fans look almost normal*

There's a few on here masquerading as RFC fans.

*they're not obviously

Spurs fans probably more than any other do make me chuckle. Just the most wildly deluded bunch of football fans you can ever come across. West Ham are bad for it, but I think in their heart of hearts they know who they are really. 2 relegations to the 2nd tier in 20 years kind of forces them to know.

also Spurs fans love talking about 'the Spurs way', which I don't think anyone outside of their fan base has ever said or thinks exists. It's just a thing they say to try and make their club sound like its different and more special than others.

Sutekh What did Matheus Cunha do in front of the TV cameras yesterday? Seems he’s now facing a possible suspension and Sky apologised to the snowflakes that may have been melting.

He did a bit of swearing, something that Sky are so puritanical about.

Royal Rother Yes to all that.

I keep saying I don’t think Arteta has what it takes to win the PL, and their display yesterday did nothing to dispel that thought but if City are going to be that bad then maybe Arsenal will, almost by default.

Guehi could make the difference I suppose.

Or maybe Havertz can make the difference for Arsenal. At least he will never be predictable (except in his ability to miss sitters).

I think it's also entirely predictable that Havertz will miss half the season with a knee injury.

5 times in 8 years now???

As for "The Spurs Way", that died with Bill Nicholson, didn't it?

I think what the Spurs fans believe is the Spurs way differs massively from what everyone else thinks of as the Spurs way. I mean we all just think its means a bit of a shambles don't we?

Amazed Havertz is still only 26, he seems to have been around forever.

They believe it's a mythical way of playing the most pure football that mankind has ever seen.

We all know it means being excruciatingly mediocre and constantly sacking managers for not delivering on the above.

There is no Reading way, the same as 99% of football clubs out there

WBA are falling apart and seem to be hurtling towards relegation. Stuffed by Pompey yesterday

And are Liverpool fixed? Ripped Newcastle a new one yesterday, have they actually turned up for the season now?

Not sure how that's not a foul. Solanke kicked Guehi's foot into the ball.

Been credited to Solanke now. Then a scorpion kick for his 2nd. Don't want to get carried away, but 10/1 to make the World Cup squad is printing money.

Hold the back pages, Pep will blame the ref even though Rodri got 2 lives after his yellow. Solanke got the ball before Guehi.

Could be.

Wirtz is getting better every game - it took a while but he is terrific to watch.
