being reported that Christopher Nkunku changed his mind last minute moving from AC Milan to Roma, so AC Milan have pulled out of the deal to sign Jean-Philippe Mateta, and so Jørgen Strand Larsen's proposed move to Palace is also on hold and Adam Armstrong's move from Southampton to Wolves is on hold too

He earned a place in the side only to be recalled from Germany after Chelsea failed to sign Jeremy Jacquet. Back in London, he is then shipped out to sister club Strasbourg, swapping places with Mamadou Sarr. Four countries, three clubs, and he's not played for the club that signed him.

Chelsea have now recorded 12 transactions with Strasbourg this season. All within the ownership rules, but it stinks.
