No lesson learned after Bolton.

1-0 up then roll over, this time against the worst team in the division by a mile.

No excuses, unforgivable.

Snowflake Royal Unbelievable. Dorsett once again playing the game in slow motion to be beaten to that ball for the cross to score.

Wish the game had been called off, that pitch was absymal and our inability to play on it stopped us winning.

Have we been playing on this pitch for the past 2 months?

Considering Richardson has two coaches working for him, you have to wonder what the oxf*rd they do in training all week. I think this management set up are stealing a living at our expense.

Old school pitch. No excuses. Seen far worse back in the day.

We’re still on a very decent run, we’re right up in the play off mix. Mind you we’ve some tough games coming up

We don’t seem to ever really try to get a couple of goals up do we? Wish we’d do that more - the best we’ve played all season was when we really turned the screw against Plymouth for 20 mins and Blackpool. We don’t do it nearly enough

Lots of anger in the away end, it`s understandable.

Absolutely disgusting. Vale are 24th and well adrift with just 10 home points all season.

What the ******* hell are we ****** doing playing yet another second half of desperately trying to hang on.

Richardson out yet anyone?

Can’t even win when they are the better side despite the pathetic THREE shots on target.

Sorry but the players need to take responsibility for these 2nd half performances. They’re apparently professionals but put in displays like this.

There are no excuses. There are players out there that should be ashamed of their application and approach.

Immediate thought, credit to Port Vale. They could, and probably should, have won that. And my God we made it easy for them. I can sort of understand trying to do what we did in the second half against Bolton, but to do it here is frankly unforgivable. Had we continued to press and try to play into them at any kind of a tempo, they would have folded. But Richardson seems to be developing this bizarre notion that one goal is enough to win games, regardless of how early you score it. He also can't help himself but mess around with the defence in the last 10 minutes. Surely at least one of those coaches knows how all this works?

I still don't think you can sack a manager for poor performances if you're getting points on the board.

1546 fans travelled up there. So said BBC Berks.

I find that amazing.

Trying not to be too emotional after 2 96th minute equalisers in a week, both of which were utterly predictable and utterly deserved. But all I can say is that if you want to go down this pub football route, you either get results to justify the means or you fcuk off.

I know we've climbed the table since Richardson's appointment, but we've just failed to beat the team at the bottom of the league. It's a poor result but also a deserved one, and one which nobody is surprised at. Maybe give us a team that tries to play with a bit more energy, tries to score the second goal and is about more than just grinding out results and you'll get more support when a result goes against you.

Tbh, the SCL attendances say all that is needed to be said. LR's job is to try and build a connection that brings fans back. That means either more entertaining football, or promotion.

However painful that was it's ridiculous to call for him to be sacked. If RC really did sack him, I'd be calling for a new owner.

1 point from a leading position at a doomed side by playing negative second half “hang on” football yet again is perfectly understandable and what every manager would do.

Hope Reading give themselves a chance and avoid taking a lead against Bradford until the 95th minute next week

Looked like an easy and deserved 4-0 win coming for us, PV were awful, worst side I've seen.

Well done Reading.
