I actually didn't acknowledge the fingers crossed emoji so I read the sentence as "They finally get to see Huddersfield win today"

Yep, I didn't see it first read either. Just goes to show - check before you type (tweet)! She was just a normal fan hoping that her kids would finally get to see their team win. Any parent who is a Reading fan should be able to identify with that!
