We must be the only club in the country that haven't reduced their shirts and merchandise as well.
Seems a bizarre commercial decision. Who do they think will pay full price for that sort of stuff now or over the summer? (maybe we're not getting a new kit next season! ).

Reducing prices before today's game would have surely got them a few more sales of what will soon be redundant stock and might even have swayed a few more people (amongst those in two minds as to whether to attend) to turn up.

I was going to attend to get a kit for my daughter but the lack of any sale whatsoever swayed me into doing anything other than watch Leam's drivel.

This season's kit (home, away and the minty third kit) is the worst for some time. I wouldn't wear it if was free. 🤣 As for the game, it will probably be unaweinspiring as everyone is injured before Richardson works his magic during the mystical pre season, turning Royals into a 'front foot', free scoring mean machine. I'm looking forward to it. 😎

I shall be watching but not hopeful for any change. Would be nice to see some youngsters get time.

At least it will make a nice change for the game to finish without the visitors winning promotion.

Only two loanees in the squad. 5 academy youngsters on the bench.

3 at the back?

And so endeth another disappointing season.

Hope the club start bringing new players asap and we’re not left waiting for half the squad to still arrive by the time preseason starts.

Irrelevant really, clubs could start tomorrow as there’s no more league football until next season so clubs will have 2 months or so to register them and make it all legal etc. However by the book it’s 1st July but plenty of deals will be agreed before then as clubs and players usually want things sorted asap.

Not that much will get announced before July 1. Expect that news to focus on who we keep/offer new contracts to.

I look forwards to a June of “why no transfers LEAM OUT”

Anyway, good to see youth in there todayr

He went into the dugout and sat down instead of hiding behind the mascots today.

Listening to the Blackpool commentary. They think the home booing is a bit pathetic even though they agree Reading aren’t all that and the game is there for the taking in their view. Style of play slow, predictable and boring as always…. Our passing always looks more terrible that the stats seem to show.

Approaching an hour of football(?) and still not one shot on target from Reading
