yeah if you ignore the 8 league champs in 2013/11/09/08/07/03/01/00

the CL in 2008 and the runners up in 2009 and 2011

Liverpool finished 5th last season and are prolly going to finish 2nd this season

...but tbf they seemed to have some way of playing that has been consistent since Klopp took over

They would be fooked if they had injuries to a few key players...VVD, Salah, Keeper whereas City can replace anybody

I think the hype just emphasises how far Man Utd have fallen
Well said.....I don't get the hype either. They seem to need umpteen chances to score. If they played for Burnley noone would give a shit.

Wrttop, how the ‘mighty’ have fallen.

How much longer on this trajectory, can they hold on to their global brand income?

I doubt to players will go there and there gonna make a big loss on the crap they have. They may well be the new Arsenal, 4th place will now be a trophy.

Ole seems to spend a lot of time saying that it wasn't good enough, as if it is nothing to do with him.
Apologists for him say that this lot are not his players-they surely have enough expensive international players not to draw at dreadful Huddersfield or collapse against a moderate side such as Everton and motivation is very much part of a manager's job.

The players really aren't good enough. They have spent poorly, can't think of many players that have really worked out

Shaw and Lindelof have been consistent performers the whole season
Herrera has played well under Ole...straight off down the tunnel on the last away day so defo off

The following are genuinely shit
Deadwood FC: Young(c), Jones, Rojo, Darmian, Matic, Sanchez, Lukaku, Valencia, Lingard*, Smalling*

Pogba, DeGea, Herrera, Martial all talented but if they don't want to be there they can fook off! Don't expect the first three to stay

Some exceptional youth coming through. Mason Greenwood is tearing up the youth

Yep, at circa £25m a year wages Sanchez has to go down as one of the worst pieces of business ever done in football.

Who is the guy with the big hair? Came on against Reading. Isn't he considered a 'next big thing' too?

Chong. Has skills but not considered as good as Mason Greenwood

he's scored 44 goals this season and is genuinely two-footed (scored pens and freekicks with both feet*)

Why are you here you weirdo? There must be 100 Manchester United forums but you choose to come onto a Reading FC one to expell your dross. Fold your account.

No, Reading can beat that when they got Michael Meaker as part of a swap deal with one of Reading's best ever players, Simon Osborn.

Interesting that you included Lindgard in your list of not good enoughs-I have never seen why he has been selected so often for club and country and, although a completely different type of player,is IMHO in the same category as Eric Dier.
