I do think it's much more likely to be true this time thogh. Losing control of his flagship project must have been a right kick in the balls for him.

No Hoops A £400m project was always too big for him and would always be in association with a larger developer. The problem was he didn't see the property bubble burst. In the end it was only £30m and that was funded by Lloyds not him. Ok, he didn't make a profit but his losses were minimal. He will be pi55ed off that his name is now a little tarnished, which is why I think he will keep RFC.
