The difference would be that those trying to FIND the stats could do so.

Ignoring yet another insult. No, the reason is that the too-regular arguments
make the stats thread unmanageable. By all means argue just as much or ten
times as much "next door" but allow those who would actually like to READ
the stats (without contamination) the opportunity to do so.

So, if WHU and Saints manage 2 ppg (quite possible, altho' not probable that both will)
We go into the WHU game (7 games to go) virtually "having to win" and even if we did
win, say, 2-0 and Saints won that same day?

If we LOST at WHU, all the other averages as given, we'd be 7 points behind with six to play

The TIlehurst End is a seperate website/blog which has a topic pinned on the team board (only one topic, not two). So in that case why don't you go and create your own stats website where you can put a load of stats, articles, etc which you can moderate your self and have a topic pinned on the team board (if Graham allows it)that discusses what is on there.
No one is stopping you doing that. What you won't get is two topics on here.

Reading play in the Championship and have done for the last 3.7 Seasons
So let's find a stat that is for that exact period, and, of course, in the Championship
You couldn't argue with that, could you? Later I'll try to find more penalty statistics for 2000-2001 through to 2005/6
