No Fixed Abode TBF - if I'd have been on the piss that day - I wouldn't have stopped due to the planes crashing. Just poor timing imo. If they were on the piss the day before they would have probably acted in exactly the same way but not much would have been made of it.

Rumpole Imagine it as a glass of water:
If the glass is 51% full the FA can find him guilty
If the glass is 90% full the courts can find him guilty
So, a 70% full glass would see him guilty by the FA, but not by the courts
I'm not passing judgment on guilt, or otherwise, just explaining the concept.
