Really confused by Anton. So he didn't buy half the club after all? Why wouldn't he have paid his full share knowing we were about to be promot8ed and thus on the receiving end of a massive windfall? Since he didn't fully pay up, how much of the club does he actually own?

Somebody help me here!

I think Anton did buy the initial 51% from SJM for around 13m. He then failed to honour his agreement to buy the remaining 49%.

He bought 51% and failed to come up with the rest for the 49%. The 51% was something like £12.7m wasn't it? Plus SJM supposedly received a bonus for promotion to the Premier League.

Admittedly copying and pasting what SJM wrote and changing the font colour took me quite a few seconds.

Can you translate "lorem ipsum" to the less well informed of us?

Lorem ipsum is a placeholder text commonly used to demonstrate the graphic elements of a document or visual presentation.

Pepe the Horseman That's the Samuelson and Obelix problem solved then.

Off the board but are they off the books?

Well if they were being paid for being Directors and they are no longer on the board of Directors, therefore aren't Directors. You'd have to assume we aren't now paying them for a job they're not doing.

This is quite big news IMO. If a takeover doesn't go through imminently from Burman, it somewhat undermines the argument that CS & AO were the sticking point for it.

The big question is: Is TSI now a silent shareholder. Or has SJM reacquired the 51% he sold to TSI on some sort of penalty for failing to complete the deal.

If this wasn't a pre-requisite, then that would've been poor business

Speculating after you know the facts is rather more embarrassing, I'd say.

Silent but majority shareholder. Onus is on Sir John to find a new 100% lock, stock and barrel owner.

What a truly rubbish statement.

There is funding in place - yeah in January you said there were transfer funds available, not sure if I believe you given we've just sold our top scorer.

TSI have left the board - right so they forfeit their veto, do they?
