Not sure what's wrong with that? It's London, obviously tourists will go to games.Mr Optimist wrote:Their gates will drop by at least 5,000 overnight too when the Japanese holiday makers in London look elsewhere for their Premier League fixture to attend.
Maybe if Club1871 bothered to travel away then it might increaseNotts Royal wrote: You misread my quote - my comment wasn’t regarding our home support (for which I support the C1871 initiative). It was regarding our substandard away following.
Until we start taking decent numbers, why would fans of other clubs think anything other than “little old Reading”?

Agree but how many times has this happened with them in the past 3 or 4 years?Old Man Andrews wrote:The EFL are not going to let a club in the 2nd tier of English football fold during a season, far too embarrassing for them and it would look awful.
For me they are contenders for the worst team in history. Yes Derby only got 11 points. but they didn't spend 105 million. Add to that sacking two high profile managers compensation wages agents. You are looking at 120 million. Lucky they are owned by one of the richest men in the world or hey would be another Bolton.Franchise FC wrote:And at least £100m out of pocket on transfers.Hound wrote:It’s certainly been a pitiful season for them. Oh don't get me wrong, Bolton probably deserve to be expelled from the Football League but I can't see it happening until this Summer. They can't get away with it.Mid Sussex Royal wrote:Agree but how many times has this happened with them in the past 3 or 4 years?Old Man Andrews wrote:The EFL are not going to let a club in the 2nd tier of English football fold during a season, far too embarrassing for them and it would look awful.
I'm not an accountant but how come Bolton year after year of not playing staff wages etc are they avoiding points deductions?
Maybe because they are founder members they are getting preferential treatment.
Yep that’s one of the weirdest results of the season. They be in deep poo without that WinJackson Corner wrote:Very impressed with Norwich can see why they are top. As for QPR ? How did they beat Leeds? They are terrible.
Narch are, apparently, going to appeal the decision. I can only presume they haven't watched the replaySilver Fox wrote:Buendia out for Wednesday after getting a straight red #straws
