Fancy a small wager of £200 or so?
I don't gamble with money anymore, kicked the habit.
I will wager a tin of biscuits of your choice/my choice though.
Not worth it for me so will put my money where my mouth is with the bookies although unfortunately they will give me worse odds than even money as they have more faith in the Super Reds than you do.
It'll be interesting to see what happens that's for sure.
Arsenal have strengthened very well I think - except up front. False No 9s are all well and good when the need arises, but every top team needs a classy / lethal finisher to become the finished article. Haevertz, Jesus and Nketiah are not not lethal finishers.
Liverpool seem to have decent riches up front, but, not sure about the midfield (yet).
As for Utd, well, can't say I'm altogether impressed by what they have added. Hojlund is no Haaland - Onana will create stuff that De Gea couldn't, but every PL team will / should be practising shots from the half-way line as I think he comes a bit too far out and will give plenty of opportunities for the 50+ yard strike.
Chelsea will be a lot better under Poch, could be a surprise package, but have a huge amount of ground to make up during what is effectively a season of transition.
Spurs are Spurs.
Surprisingly Newcastle haven't strengthened enough from what I have seen and could struggle to maintain last season's momentum.
Hardly rocket science but for me:
1 City
2 Arsenal
3 Utd
4 Chelsea
5 Liverpool
6 Newcastle
7 Spurs
