I'm not sure Mbengue or Knibbs would be improvements to the Hull squad, whilst, as you say, Bindon and Garcia will probably go to clubs above Hull's level.

Lewis Wing, maybe, but that would be dependent on whether he wants to go to Hull and the price we'd get for him. He's 29, so he may not even be the sort of player Hull would want anyway.

It's not a case of who follows him there but who follows him out of the door (assuming he does go, which seems likely). He is quite possibly one of the key reasons many haven't pushed hard for a move, unless his replacement can keep that same atmosphere in the squad, then if I was a player I would be looking to get as far away from the club as possible, as soon as possible.

People said that for Selles. Managers will always go to clubs.
Our issue isn’t whether anyone will be interested, or even anyone good. It's whether there's anyone to conduct interviews and make an external appointment.
