He said he's never been to Hull, so hopefully he'll turn around when he sees what a shit hole it is.leon wrote:Alas I cant.Pepe the Horseman wrote:Yeh even if the clubs have agreed on it, can see Rubie turning them down if he feels it's gonna be another ownership shambles.

Absolutely have no issue with the bloke going wherever he wants - well go with my best wishes whilst we continue to burn.

Do Hull have money? Doubt they could afford Bindon or Garcia.traff wrote:Who is likely to go with him?
Bindon
Wing
Mbengue
Garcia
Knibbs
I'm not sure Mbengue or Knibbs would be improvements to the Hull squad, whilst, as you say, Bindon and Garcia will probably go to clubs above Hull's level.tidus_mi2 wrote:Do Hull have money? Doubt they could afford Bindon or Garcia.traff wrote:Who is likely to go with him?

Didn’t Wing join us because his family are local and he didn’t want to move ? Hull not exactly commutable from Berkshire….Clyde1998 wrote:I'm not sure Mbengue or Knibbs would be improvements to the Hull squad, whilst, as you say, Bindon and Garcia will probably go to clubs above Hull's level.tidus_mi2 wrote:Do Hull have money? Lewis Wing, maybe, but that would be dependent on whether he wants to go to Hull and the price we'd get for him. He's 29, so he may not even be the sort of player Hull would want anyway.
It's not a case of who follows him there but who follows him out of the door (assuming he does go, which seems likely). He is quite possibly one of the key reasons many haven't pushed hard for a move, unless his replacement can keep that same atmosphere in the squad, then if I was a player I would be looking to get as far away from the club as possible, as soon as possible.traff wrote:Who is likely to go with him?

He might have done. He certainly had the choice between us and QPR - and decided to come here (we were closer than QPR to Wycombe). That will probably work in our favour.Crusader Royal wrote:Didn’t Wing join us because his family are local and he didn’t want to move ? People said that for Selles. Managers will always go to clubs.WestYorksRoyal wrote:Is there an internal succession option? JOP always comes across well. Nobody will choose to come here.
