Armadillo Roadkill Thought I'd have a quick look on here to enjoy all of the praise for Kyerewaa for his outstanding performance and attitude.
It's a bit muted. Perhaps humble pie isn't to everyone's taste.

andrew1957 Think DK could turn out to be an inspired signing. He was raw at the start of the season but the improvement in recent weeks has been great to see. Sadly many of our other summer signings have been disappointing so far in comparison.

Several of our signings have been decent: O'Connor, Williams and Marriott the pick of the bunch. I think Lane has been decent as well so far. and I have no complaints with Ritchie.

DandyRoyal Good stuff, albeit against a terrible Blackpool.
We've got a solid spine in the GK, CBs, and the central midfielders; they are high quality in this league. If they can all stay fit, we'll concede less moving forward. Looking forward to Rino being integrated more and more situationally depending on the opposition.
The big question mark is the front 4 and the full backs. Today the front 4 delivered - whether they can do that consistently remains to be seen. The full backs did fine today, but it's clearly a highly contested position - who is our best RB/LB? I don't know, and I don't think Leam knows yet either.
COYR.

Crowing after one game is though apparently.
As I’ve already said he was excellent today and as Orion has said if he can maintain that then excellent he’ll be fulfilling his potential.

He may not be that young, but he hasn’t played much proper senior football.HoundRoyalwasterandrew1957 Think DK could turn out to be an inspired signing. I don’t think DK is particularly raw as such. He isn’t especially young
Don’t think he understood his role before and lost his confidence. Now he’s trying things and taking people on and he looks so much better. Also seems to link well with Kelvin

First touch and passing improved today to combine with his tempo, and commitment.
Both things likely to improve with time and games.
It's almost like we bought him as a player with raw potential, and with experience he's maturing and improving.

WestYorksRoyal I wonder if he'll be better suited to away games where there is more space on the break and it's easier to isolate him 1 on 1 against the defender. Needs a different set of skills against a team sitting deep and doubling up on him.
