Winston Biscuit Man Utd 1-1 Wolves

Too many players missing. No creativity in the team with Mainoo, Mount, Mbeumo, Bruno, and Amad all out. Adding Maguire and De Ligt means we're giving debuts to teenagers. The manager is going to get stick, but what can he do? It's the players that are shit.

GNev is unlistenable on commentary. I switched off and listened to a YouTube channel

As mentioned before, Carra and Neville really shouldn't do Liverpool and Man Utd games respectively-they are both over-critical of their ex-teams.

Be happy if they never did any game again.

Berrada and Wilcox should have gone before Amorin.

They signed off on a manager who plays a certain system that requires a squad that Utd does not have. They then failed to recruit enough players for that manager and suggested he should instead play with a different system/formation

It's really irritating me that parts of the media have latched on to Amorim saying 'I came here to be the manager, not to be the coach', when within seconds he corrected himself and said 'I came here to be the manager, not just to be the coach', which is obv then a different thing. They have completely ignored the 2nd bit he said and are now pretending he meant something he obv didn't from the first bit.

How unusual for media outlets to do such a thing

yes

heard someone yesterday on the radio ranting about it saying 'he was an absolutely crap footballer, what does he know about football?!'

and I was thinking, the same Jason Wilcox that was a pivotal part of a Premier League winning team and the one who played for England? wish I was that crap

But he’s not a proper name who played for a real big club, so it doesn't count.

Lars Sivertsen, my favourite Norweigen football journalist, says the Norweigen press are saying Solksjaer has agreed to be manager at Man Utd, because his agent has told them so. Just some minor details to be sorted before he signs the contract.

I haven't been following the story so don't know how well known that was
